IndiaI am a lawyer with an LLB degree from India having a PQE of more than 10 years. I was working with Accenture Solutions Private Limited for almost 4 years. Initially I was a part of the Global Legal Network (GLN), India Contracting Function supporting Middle East geography and the scope of work included reviewing and analysing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposal, Arrangement Letters/Statements of Work. Later, I was a part of the GLN APAC Acquisitions team. The profile included providing end to end support to Accenture acquisitions globally with focus on Due-Diligence of client and vendor contracts, Post-Merger Integration activities, Procurement V&A reviews and CM Integration support. It also included review and analysis of internal contractual documents/agreements of the target company pre/post acquisition by Accenture.
