About me

I am a highly skilled Contracts Lawyer and Data Protection Officer with over nine years of experience in contract management, privacy compliance, and legal advisory. I specialize in negotiating and drafting complex agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, BAAs, and DPAs, ensuring they align with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. With deep expertise in GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, I have successfully built and led comprehensive data privacy programs, securing key certifications such as the TRUSTe Privacy Seal and ISO 27701. I have played a pivotal role in streamlining contract management systems, improving turnaround times, and mitigating legal risks for global businesses. My ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide strategic legal guidance has supported business expansion across the US, UK, and Europe. Passionate about legal innovation and compliance, I continuously work to enhance privacy frameworks and contract governance to support business growth.
