I am a senior legal executive and legal professional with 15+ years of experience supporting international SaaS, technology, digital platform, and multi-jurisdiction businesses across the US, EU, UK, and offshore jurisdictions. For the last 6+ years, I have served as core in-house legal counsel to Visme, a US-based SaaS platform with 34M+ users across 133 countries, working across commercial contracts, SaaS subscriptions, GDPR/privacy, IP, product, sales, and international legal operations. My work is focused on helping founders, CEOs, owners and C-level teams make clear legal and business decisions. I combine hands-on contract drafting and negotiation with strategic legal risk assessment, corporate governance, privacy and data protection, IP rights, tax-aligned structuring, disputes, external counsel management and legal operations. I regularly draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, licensing contracts, affiliate and partnership agreements, engineering and support agreements, intragroup documents and corporate approvals. I advise on liability, indemnities, warranties, IP ownership, acceptance criteria, payment terms, termination, dispute resolution, data protection obligations, cross-border data transfers and commercial contracting risks. A significant part of my experience is related to GDPR, ePrivacy and privacy compliance for SaaS and digital products. I have worked with Data Processing Agreements, Records of Processing Activities, Data Protection Impact Assessments, DSAR workflows, privacy policies, cookie notices, product privacy requirements, cross-border data flows, and Privacy by Design implementation in cooperation with product, IT, sales, and management teams. My broader experience includes building legal functions, managing external counsel across 12+ jurisdictions, preparing board/shareholder resolutions, signing authority structures, approval matrices, risk heatmaps, and concise decision memos for executive management. I also work with trademarks, software/IP ownership, licensing models, domain enforcement, UDRP/WIPO matters, DMCA, Cloudflare/hosting abuse and pre-litigation strategy. I am best suited for companies that need practical, business-oriented legal support rather than purely academic legal advice. My goal is to help clients understand what is risky, what is negotiable, what is standard, and what should be changed before signing, launching a product, processing user data, or making a strategic business decision.
