Since February 2024 I have served as legal adviser to the CEO of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, supporting strategy, performance monitoring and compliance on state-owned property. I have also managed legal operations in the banking, transport and construction sectors, with a focus on corporate governance, legal compliance and risk management. I studied at the National Aviation Academy and work in English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
