Hello, This is Gul Eyovge. I am Turkish qualified lawyer, public policy specialist and columnist. I graduated from faculty of law and faculty of political science. I have experience on law and public administration. I have various certificate on law. I am member of the Fondation of Civil Law (France/Paris) 2022 Alumni. I completed Fondation of Civil Law Summer School asociated with Paris Assas University on History of Civil Law, International and European Contracts, Fundemantal rights and freedoms, GDPR, Privacy, International Disputes. I also attended White Case Virtual Learning Platform: M&A, Due Diligence, IP. I have Protection of Personal Data, civil law, competition law- antitrust regulations, legal english certificates. I can easily combine law and public policy wiyh my solid experience and knowledge. I worked in different law firms and authority. I am currently legal adviser, lawyer and legal business analyst, private consultant. I focus on commercial law, LLC law, Internet Law, consumer law, international disputes, dispute resolution, contracts, tax, Media law, civil law, family law, corporate and employment law and regulations. I help company and individuals to build business in Turkey and manage Startups process in Turkey and all around the world. I also check IP rules and data breaches for company and manage projecet for business. I research and interprete variety of complex regulations and legal arrangments. We conduct public policy and generate policies for companies' rules (GDPR, KVKK, Envanter, breaches, project) and operating agreement.
