Nemanja has a broad dispute resolution practice, representing clients in matters relating to complex business disputes in both domestic and regional courts and arbitration with particular emphasis on companies Law, damage compensation, breach of contract, IP protection, media law and corporate fraud. Also, it has wide experience in corporate practice, preparation of commercial contracts, GDPR & IP protection as well as consultancy services in variety of industry. He leads a team of lawyers who provide full legal support to business entities operating in Serbia.
