About me

Experienced lawyer with a strong track record in a broad array of practice areas in civil and commercial law, combining expertise in dispute resolution with business acumen gained from legal consultancy and a diverse transactional practice. Solid academic background in both continental and common law, with Master of Laws (LL.M.) from London School of Economics and Political Science (focused on Jurisprudence, Corporate, International Finance Law and Arbitration), BA (Hons.) in English Law and French Literature from the University of Nottingham and LL.B from the University of Bucharest. Qualified to practice as attorney-at-law in Romania (solicitor & barrister) and as solicitor in the UK. I currently advise clients in a broad array of private law matters (including property, insurance, corporate, contracts, acquisitions). I also act as barrister representing clients in disputes submitted to courts or other Romanian dispute-resolution bodies.
