He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Zambian Open University and has built a reputation for being detail-oriented, articulate, and driven. Raphael is committed to providing legal insight across borders and is open to collaborations that extend beyond Zambian projects. His goal is to contribute meaningfully to both local and global legal initiatives through advocacy, research, and innovation.
